Day-Of Coordination Package
My Commitment
Day-of coordination includes oversight of your rehearsal, eight hours of services on your wedding day, as well as three personal consultation sessions to ensure all details are covered before the big day, including the creation of a timeline for the wedding. To assist you in working with vendors, a collection of tips and pointers for drawing up contracts with photographers, DJs, venues, etc can be provided upon request.
Cost: $850 - $1200
Additional fees may include:
- Travel ($25/hour for anything beyond a 1-hour round-trip drive for meetings or wedding locations)
- Assistant Coordinator ($175) - required for some situations, including weddings of 100+ guests, or when the ceremony & reception are in different locations
- Additional hours as needed (variable fee) if client requires services beyond 8 hours on the wedding day, or requests more than three pre-wedding meetings
I will treat you with respect, integrity and openness. I will seek to understand your priorities and listen to your desires. On your wedding day, I will be your advocate when interacting with your vendors, and I will be a hostess to your guests. I will help reduce the stress of the planning process so you can better enjoy this time of anticipation.

- Three-hour Ceremony-only package: $500 - $700
- Five-hour Reception-only package: $650 - $900
- Assistance with just the planning process: $45/hour
